Jim Cummins (2006) uses the term “inspired instruction” to refer to the type of teaching that we all want for our own children and for ourselves as life-long learners. Inspired education is about the sorts of classroom experiences and lessons that we remember throughout our lives and that motivate us to want to learn more. (Capacity Building Series Page 2, Edition #20)
