Like, it's society that's hypersexualized breasts, so it should be possible to talk to someone and realizing that they're not wearing a bra without feeling uncomfortable. It would bother me if she went bra-less in a church or any place similar, but it's because of established practices. If Person B were in a 'common' place, where one could have creative freedom, then it's actually something I'd admire (since people don't have much courage to pull it off). This is one of the reasons I like the freedom in other countries because here, in the Philippines, it's too conservative; and the society itself sexualizes breasts. In history [and even some tribes currently], women don't cover their breasts because it's not perceived as sexual and is only for feeding babies.
