         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Ingredients:<br></strong>500 grams of flour bread.</div><div>3 pound of &nbsp; yellow potatoes.</div><div>500 grams of ground beef.</div><div>1000 ml of water.</div><div>2 tablespoons of oil.</div><div>250 grams of roasted and ground peanuts.</div><div>2 eggs boiled and chopped</div><div>1 white onion,</div><div>1 teaspoon of thyme</div><div>1 teaspoon of oregano</div><div>1 teaspoon of parsley.</div><div>3 bay leaves.</div><div>2 tablespoons of cumin.</div><div>Color to taste.</div><div>Banana leaves.</div><div>Thread to tie.</div><div>Salt to taste.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Preparation</strong>:</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Step 1</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Sauté the onion, herbs and meat in the oil. Then add the chopped eggs and peanuts and mix well.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Apart in a large pot add the water, bay leaf, potato, cumin and cook for 30 minutes or until it thickens a little.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Step 2</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Add the cornmeal, salt, cumin and stir well. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick. Get off the heat and get rid of the laurel.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Step 3</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Prepare the banana leaves, washing them and passing them through hot water in a large pot for a minute until they soften a little and can be handled.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Step 4</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>On a plate, place 2 pieces of the leaf crosswise, and place two tablespoons of the dough and one tablespoon of the meat sauce in the center.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Step 4</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Cook the tamales for a 45 minutes in enough water.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>It is recommended to serve with peanut chili.</div>]]></description>
