Of the activities we did today, I liked Jigsaw Reading the most. It is an activity that is very useful in terms of saving time and has a lot of interaction, and is useful in peer learning.
I want to use this activity in pds by choosing a passage about the problems that teachers always face .Weather routine is useful for vocabulary teaching,4 corners activity is good for time management.I will use walk gallery in pds because It enables active learning by moving and it will motivate teachers to sharing and getting different ideas and 
facilitator role in jigsaw is a controller,in gallery walk  provides time management in the poster event organizer

I think this order may be the same as the pds cycle in dialogue issues. While we are processing the dialogue sections, we can do a warm up activity with flashcards that give the words. In the review section, we can introduce the people in the dialogue and ask questions about the people. In the Engage and share section, I can have students ask each other the questions in the dialogue and take notes. At the end we can divide into the group and make complating sentences activity. That's why I can say that it is possible to fit them together.
2-In the dialogue sections of the pds meeting, I may ask them to rewrite this speech as a group with other sentences with the same meaning.

I like todays activities and really want to use them in my pds meeting and also facilitators clear instructions make me relax.I am happy to add new techniques to my teaching way.

Day 4

1- In the spelling activity, the trainer prepared 5 different spelling activities on 5 different tables, pegs, puzzle coding paper, boogle board pictures. This diversity offered us new ideas. It was clearly stated what we should do with the instructions and I liked that it was an activity that was open to active sharing and working together.She gave the instuction arranged the tables manage the time and monitored while We are discussing and listened and checked our ideas about the activities.If I used this activity in PDS I would adapt the words about teachers problem such as noise.when they finish all the tasks they will find hidden sentence.I can show the different ways of teaching spelling.(Teacher can I say something?)I would be manager, controller,supporter for the tasks.
2-this would be in engage and share because We did this activity after learning the steps.

We started the day with the warmer board relay activity. I liked the activity very much. I would like to use it in the classroom while teaching toys showing the toys and finding their English on the board with my students. I think they will especially enjoy the penguin walk. Binglish reading ourselves It was a very important activity for us to realize how difficult it is when we put students who cannot read English in their shoes. The Big Book activity is truly one of the most productive activities that can be done for reading skills.

We implemented classroom management with effective and different methods by applying activities such as telephone whispers, brain breaks, learning apps, journey charts. These methods can enable me to overcome classroom difficulties in a more fun way without damaging the student-teacher relationship. I am glad that I have acquired good techniques to apply in my classes.
1- I want to use settlers and stirrers and journey chart in my PDS meetings. While applying the settlers and stirrers activity to the trainers I would like to show that they can make the class ready for learning again with these activities when their motivation decreases when they need action. I can change the questions in the journey chart activity to the problems that teachers encounter most and direct the result to the most encountered problem. (for example: where do you work? , do you work in high school?....)
At the end of the activity, everyone discusses the results as a group and shares their ideas. While doing this, my aim is for all to share about how they deal with classroom problems and to see new methods in the results.
2- Applying brain breaks examples in my classes relaxes my students and helps them use their energy in a right way.In the middle of the lesson, when they have a busy day, I can calm them down with an invisible ball and help them rest. When they reach me with the ball without dropping it, I can motivate them more and use the remaining time more effectively by telling them that we will play volleyball together during the break. I think this activity will be effective in terms of concentration and attention.

At the pds meeting, I show the trainers an assessment that tests their reading skills. Before the meeting, I determine my criteria by making a clear plan. My aim is to measure whether they understand what they read, whether they can complete the story line and answer the questions given in accordance with the passage. I give a text about the difficulties they faced. I divide the text into pieces with paragraphs. I hang them in a row in the corridors. I divide the class into two groups and ask them to complete the text by finding the parts. Since they have previous experience on the subject, I make my evaluation digitally. Using the games and puzzles method, I ask questions from the passage with kahoot. The results are easily available digitally.

2- when I work with trainers who have little knowledge about assessment, I do the warm up activity with the sentence "what is assessment".
It would be a good start for them to describe the subject in the press of the course.
As a warm up activity, I write the answer to this question on paper, then hide them word by word in the corridor and have my class, divided into two groups, play a game of finding these words and completing the sentence first. Then, I discuss it in groups and get their comments. I make a short presentation about asaesment with the help of slides. My goal is first. The aim is to raise awareness about the subject and then to help them master the subject. Now, I distribute happy and sad emoji to them. They paste an emoji on their arms for each question they know about the subject. Thus, the reflection task is completed in a fun way. My aim is to evaluate how much they learned about assessment at the PDS meeting.

3- I should arrange kahoot game before so I need computer projektor or smart board
