a very successful and helpful application created known as 'headspace' was created to reframe stress. the feedback given to this product was that it was helpful and therapeutic and made them calmer and more readily to do actions with a calm state of mine. taking this example we can deduce that to an extent where it can impact the distractedness and focus on the customers.
