Thoughts on the book 9/18

I enjoyed my first interaction with this novel because I like the cover and the summary sounded interesting. Something I learned from the story so far is that Aideen (the main character) is in a senior class and has a friend holly and Jill. Something I’m wondering is if she’s a senior or just in a senior class I’m guessing she’s a senior tho. I read 3 pages my gaol is to read like 10 pages.

Since my last post I’ve gotten to know the characters, for example the main character Aideen seems like she just doesn’t care for example about school she doesn’t really have nobody to push her to do better because her mother isn’t the best mother to her and doesn’t really care either. My experience with the book has gotten better since the last post because I was just trying to figure out who was who and now it’s making sense. Something that I have noticed about myself as a reader is that it’s kind of hard for me to concentrate on what I’m reading sometimes I just read without actually paying attention. But I definitely can read and do enjoy it, I would like to get more into reading for sure! I would like to finish the book by the end of October.

Something that has happened in my book so far since last week was Aideen (the main character) pushed meabah down the stairs because she asked her to this is a conflict between meabah wanted to get injured because she felt as if her father was pushing her to hard and she thinks that if she gets injured her father will calm down a little with her. I actually enjoy my 10 minutes in class reading it’s a great idea! I’am currently on page 45 and iam planning on reading during the weekend because I feel a little behind and I do want to read at home as well.

So far in my book “Not my problem” the main character aideen did a favor for some girl orla to get her phone back from the school at midnight so, orla mebeah (the principals daughter) kalvi and Aideen all meet up. And snuck in the school with the help of mebeah stealing her dads keys of the school. The alarm went off and Mr kowlaski which is the principal came to the school and found only kavi because kalvi said he was gonna risk it for the others and distract the principal. His punishment was just in school suspension. The main character Aideen like to hider her emotions so she is pretty nonchalant, however she is starting to show a little more of her soft side to others throughout what iam ready. I think I’m getting pretty far in the book and I also was reading on the weekend Last week since I wasn’t that busy. I think I’ll finish my book in a few weeks if I constantly read.

I didn’t really like my book so iam now iam reading a new novel by Oprah about how to live a happy life. I chose this book because I would like to gain knowledge on better things than a story that I didn’t find much interest in. I know I like a book when iam reading it on my free time.
