         <description><![CDATA[<div>As a person with sensory issues, making healthy food choices is a hard subject for me. Like many others with this disorder, foods with certain textures (like most vegetables) trigger these issues and cause severe discomfort/pain. Usually, I stick to dairy, protein, and fruits, but that is not enough for me to get all of my nutrients. To combat this, I can hide the texture by using vegetables in smoothies or chopped up really small so I won't feel it.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Every day i eat plenty of fruits, and vegetables, i always have a meat, and either a grain or starch with my meal. The one thing i need to change is drinking more water. Also if i snack in between meals it is usually fruit or fresh veggies especially in the summer for veggies because our neighbor has a garden and brings us stuff every day almost. CJ</title>
