But since the pandemic we feel the need and support groups have been set up to exchange experiences and train with digital resources and tool exploration.Teachers feel more comfortable working with other colleagues who are closest to them and who have the same difficulties and/or with similar conditions and equipment.

In my school there are teams which have officially been set up to facilitate cooperation between the teachers of a specicfic subject. There are regular meetings, everybody has their duties, projects and deadlines to meet and report on. We do a lot of training, the supervisor of the group sends us e-mails with selected events which seem to be worthwhile, our classes are internally observed, we swap information on our progress regarding professional development but, of course there is a lot of friendly chit-chat around as well. :) We communicate en face as much as possible, but texting and e-mailing are also an everyday thing.

As for collaborative work with my fellow school teachers, it is reduced to chatting during breaks or sharing emails with interesting lesson plans/ materials/ links we find or design. We are to teach the curriculum individually and each teacher should have their own plan on how to make it happen. Nevertheless, we do like talking about our lessons, finding strategies to make them better and enhance learning. Sometimes, we observe each other's classes.
We also share tools and practices online via a collaborative Padlet. We have monthly meetings with our fellow English Teachers with webminars and workshops where we share good practices and we learn from one another.

In my school, I normally talk informally with my fellow colleagues, discussing ideas and practices and sharing thoughts about lesson plans and the contents we are working with our students.
Every month, we have meetings in order to assess what everyone is doing and to address problems that may appear. We all give suggestions about how to solve the issues that have emerged and how to adjust our practices in order to make them more successful.
We also frequently write e-mails to each other and send text messages whenever we need help from one another.

At my school, I share my thoughts about ideas and practices with my colleagues. We exchange ideas about lesson plans and the content we work with our students.

The reinforcement of collaborative work among teachers has been a practice encouraged and promoted by the school management, which during the pandemic became essential and very beneficial allowing the overcoming of problems and difficulties we all faced. I colaborate showing how they could do things, and ask them to show me things that they know better. Like that most of the people feel it like a trade and don't feel bad to ask. A lot's of time it's by email, but it works much better when its live and presential.
I also give courses to show what I know, but the best part is when they are asked to show things that they use and share, and a lots of times I'm learning to a lot.

Collaboration and networking are the weakest points at my school. Out of the 13 teachers, only 3 are digitally active with the others being either too close to retirement to welcome change or too distant from CPD. SELFIE has given us few the opportunity to reflect on our practices and realise the need for embracing change from working in isolation to sharing practices and materials. Sadly, the top-down educational policy in Greece that is introducing school assessment for the first time is received with suspicion so we need to learn from peers abroad and develop a positive culture to collaboration and peer-assessment.

As a teacher I used to try to collaborate and share as much as possible with my colleagues, although sometimes I found that it was more of a give, give, give situation than give and take. I embarked in eTwinning projects where I met European colleagues with whom I enjoyed collaborating. I enjoyed learning from them and hope to have also inspired them.
Now, in my new role as vice principal in another school, I'm still observing teachers. I have observed that many of them work on their own, but are ready to showcase their work and ready to explain how things were done in certain activities. I think we still need to work on collaboration in our school and so we try to show collaboration withing the senior management staff first and foremost to lead by example.

I collaborate with my Erasmus team and from time to time with teachers not only of my department but also with the rest of the high school. When you share you spread your knowledge among others colleagues. It´s a kind of solidarity and a way of having good relationships with them. The teachers in my school collaborate a lot, at different levels, and in general, they are a team, and they feel they belong to this school. Of course there are some exceptions as well, but the majority of teachers act like this.
As far as I am concerned, I collaborate with them when I want to set up an educational project or implement an educational program, for example - I introduce it to them, and we discuss together, we assign roles, we discuss what we have to do or to change.
Then, all the time when somebody faces a problem, they ask for help, and the others try to find a solution together. For instance, at the beginning of the pandemic, when schools closed, we found together a solution to continue education online - we shared ideas, we set up communication channels with students and teachers, and we helped each other.
Yet, it would be great if we could cooperate and plan things together even better, and I hope that the ideas I get during this training course will help me improve collaboration in my school.

Normally there are no real opportunities to deepen collaboration between teachers. I mean there are many opportunities to collaborate, such as Erasmus Teams and Projects or eTwinning and similar experiences , but there is a very strong need to systematise collaboration at all levels and with all the components of school life and beyond: between teachers, students, families, staff and the territory. I believe that this is the real challenge: to go beyond mere intentions and achieve real and continuous collaboration between teachers; both: of the same discipline, but above all between different disciplines, for a real holistic approach to innovation of the whole learning process and not only of digitalisation, which in itself must be only one tool at the service of a truly inclusive methodology to be truly innovative.

In my school, there are no common times to share ideas but the COVID -19 pandemic brought us together in the sense that we acknowledged the need to be closer online and share more. In my experience, teachers like to share their educational experiences, but not in a formal way, but rather they like to rate what has gone well in their classes and that they put at the service of their classmates, including material. They are also willing to listen to ideas or methods that classmates use in their lessons to motivate students or keep them interested, and they offer to participate in courses where they can share experiences and practices.
But I think it is not enough, that we must create a formal method of collaboration.

For my part, I have always wanted to work with the support teacher method and this year I have succeeded. We are two teachers in the classroom, and although we do not have much time to plan, we are understanding each other very well, we have divided the tasks: my colleague works on curricular content and keeps an order of the materials essential for the order of the class and I take the lessons from the computer and reading room. The students have welcomed it in a very natural way.

We like to share our ideas and found a way in our school to do it on a regular basis. As we experienced that it is important to have fixed dates we convinced our principal to start every meeting of the schoolstuff with a so called „Practice Input“. There we (two committed colleagues) share our digital ideas, and help to try them out with the tablets. The ideas are collected on a pinboard for all colleagues and we connect each idea with the digital competencies curriculum.

The students collect their ideas as „APP testers“ and draw and write their experiences with an APP as suggestions for their peers. We are now planning how to present theses outcomes for the students and teachers on a schoolwide basis.

For a better understanding of the needs of teachers and students when working with digital ideas my principal is a regular guest in my class once a week. It is our wish for the future to implement the visit of colleagues on a regular basis (teacher peer to peer) if possible.

To keep parents updated my students and me write daily posts about our learning experiences. Thus the students train digital communication and parents see what we are doing (the posts are about the allover learning experiences and all digital aspects are integrated!).

All colleagues can make a wish or write about their concerns on digital issues on our pinboard and my colleague and me try to help wherever we can.

I've created few files, such as individual consultations time table, School activity plan and others, where all teachers can collaborate( in Google services for now). We, Teachers, all can add information or see data that is added, so it is easier to plan our work.

We have a plan in this learning year to create a space for collaboration - we are just not decided yet, if it will be Google Workplace or Microsoft Office365.

Also I've created folder with few "Know how" files, where School Teachers can look for instructions, for example, "How to forbid participant to rename themselves during Zoom".

In my opinion the workload of Teachers is high, but I think that cooperation would ease the educational process. All that remains is to find the best form of cooperation.

I try to collaborate with my colleagues daily but in my classroom there is a very uncooperative environment where everyone think for themselves. In school we have activities for cooperation internally at school. There are teachers experiences exchange seminars and special format of teaching while different teachers cover topics in integrated way. That requires intense cooperation of planning the work effectively.
National level there are some ideas, but those are not with reachable outcomes.
International cooperation is mostly at the professional level and not related to digital competences and tools exchange. There is high potential for that. I am looking forward to find schools with the same professions in order to start cooperation. For example digital content creation for supporting independent learning for chefs

During the closure of schools due to the pandemic, educators teaching the same subjects we collaborated to respond to the challenges created by the unprecedented conditions of emergency distance teaching. Some examples concerned the common design of distance learning lessons, the mutual support for familiarization with the use of synchronous and asynchronous teaching platforms, the creation of interactive educational activities, the enhancement of students' motivation etc. I hope that we maintain this collaboration spirit and practices after our return to teaching regularity.

In my school we have just set up a Professional Learning Community and we are making our first steps into real collaboration.
Google Classroom turned out to be very helpful in this area! For example English teachers invite each other to their classrooms and can use materials designed by their colleagues. It is very inspirational and time-saving.
