Clean up contacts - make sure that addresses for student, siblings, mom and dad are ALL exactly the same. No spaces, zip codes the same.

Mailing addresses are different from Physical addresses (used by TIMS). We have cleaned up Physical but how should we deal with Mailing?

What exactly do we have to have done prior to EOY in PS? Copy master schedule to 25/26 SY and create skeleton? Or have students rostered as well?

Go into DDE and clean up elementary and middle school courses - no credits associated with them.

Closed Schools Currently in PowerSchool

I have 2 schools that were consolidated into one school, effective with the 2029-20 SY (middle and high school consolidated into ONE 6-12 school). Will those closed schools go over to IC? And, what do I need to export/save from those closed schools?

Grades should only be P or F. No percentages attached to the F1 grade. No numerical grades for the F1 grade. No weight associated with the F1 grade. Make potential and earned credits are correct.

Has someone from NCDPI contacted Moore County to clone their OLR setup to all schools? Is this even possible? It was mentioned during the SIS Conference that this may happen after conversations.
