Ineffective strategies: Always naming him in a group will be perceived as a bad reproach. Ask him to do something in a forceful way and he will refuse and act unhappy. But he will listen to others' suggestions. But sometimes it takes some time to calm down when emotions come up before he can consider other people's suggestions.
