How are you? Like… really. How’s your heart, your mind, your energy? Are you doing okay?

Right now, I’m writing this full of hope, hoping you’ve already stepped into the life we dreamed about. Maybe you're in the USA, finally a USRN, working in a hospital you love, wearing scrubs with confidence and purpose. I hope you're thriving, earning well, and living that comfortable, successful life we used to daydream about on quiet nights.

But, if you're not there yet, that’s okay too. Maybe things didn’t go exactly how you planned. Maybe you’re still on the way. That’s fine. That’s real. The dream didn’t disappear just because it’s taking longer. You still have time. Please don’t be too hard on yourself. Every version of you — even the one still figuring things out — is valid and worthy of love and respect.

Now tell me, did you already give back to the people who supported you, especially Mom and Dad? I know how badly you wanted to repay their sacrifices — to make their lives easier, to bring them joy and pride. I hope you’ve done that, even in small ways. If not yet, keep going. You're getting there.

And how is everyone doing? Is your family in good health? Are they safe, joyful, and surrounded by love? You've always prayed for their well-being, that no matter where life takes you, they remain strong and cared for. I hope they’re happy. I hope your success feels like something they’re proud to be part of, because they truly are part of everything you’ve achieved.

How's your heart doing? How are you and your boyfriend? Are you still together? Still making each other laugh and supporting each other’s goals? I hope you're growing, not just as a couple, but individually too. And if life took you both in different directions, I hope you're still surrounded by love — even if it’s in the form of friends, family, or your own strength.

Speaking of friends, have you made new ones? The kind who bring you peace and laughter and who feel like home even when you’re far away? You deserve people who love you just as you are.

Whatever your life looks like now, Joana, please remember na don’t doubt yourself. You’ve come this far for a reason. You're allowed to take your time. You're allowed to rest. Just don’t give up. Keep doing your best — even when it’s quiet, even when it’s slow. Growth is still growth.

Everything you’ve gone through, every tear, every win, every late night — it all mattered. You didn’t come this far for nothing. I hope you’re proud of how far you’ve come, even if it still doesn’t feel like “enough.”
