Spørsmål 
hei jeg har et spørsmål om reklamer rettet mot barn. jeg forstod at i Norge er det ikke lov med slike reklamer, men hvorfor sender da disney channel og mage andre kanaler leketøys reklamer? selv om disney channel er utenlandsk, blir jo dubbing/ teksting utført av et nosk firma...

Dette spørsmålet og svaret er mer enn ett år gammelt. Endringer i lovverk og regelverk kan ha skjedd etter den tid.

Du har rett til at det ikke er lov for norske tv-selskaper å sende reklame rettet mot barn, men norsk lov gjelder ikke for utenlandske fjernsynskanaler som Disney Channel. De velger selv om de vil tekste/dubbe på norsk.

De har ikke lært seg å være kritisk, og fristelsen blir ofte større for dem enn andre. Den store mengden godteri- og snacksreklame kan ofte virke overveldende. Det samme gjelder for reklamer for leker og lignende ting. Reklamen gir et bilde – kanskje et falskt bilde, av hva som er populært og kult. Barn vil ha mer og krever mer.
