There are mutual clients throughout programs which allows us to check in with our fellow case managers/program managers. The referral process is another way of working together across different programs. In person and electronic communication are both effective and convenient ways to collaborate and collect feedback about clients. The department meets and staff meetings are both ways we all work together.
