         <title>Judicial Power</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Judicial branch is made up of courts and judges. The  federal judges are appointed by the president and confirmed by the senate. Everyone has a right to a fair trial and everyone is given a lawyer. The jury then decides if the accused is guilty or not after their plea.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Some of the powers of the states include making their own laws, taking car of law enforcements, and taxing. Some of the limits of the states are they must respect the laws of other states and must have a republican government. The states can also call escaped criminals back to their state to hold a trial for them there.</p>]]></description>

The most powerful court in the country will be the Supreme Court, who only review the most important cases. There is no specific amount of stated judges in the Supreme Court.</p>]]></description>
