1) I prefer using listening materials and activities of coursebook, authentic materials and other sources because coursebooks are easy to acccess and they are relevant with the objectives of the curriculum.Furthermore; as me make common exams they are necessary. However; sometimes the topic may not take the attention of the students or they may have difficulty in understanding the speakers so in that situation I either change the tasks and prepare much more authentic questions, activities or choose an interesting topic from other sources according to their level. Thanks to this I believe they won't get bored using the same material or same tasks.
2)in today's sessions the ideas about developing more active listening are quite useful in terms of giving confidence to students and peer learning .I got the idea of not depending on only one source and as a teacher I should have the ability of making my students active learners. Crowded classrooms always can cause kaos but all of them worth trying

1)Firstly; the most common problem related to teaching speaking in language classes is not only problem in my district but also problem of many collegues from different districts and it is shyness and reluctance of the students because of lacking self confidence and being afraid of making mistakes .Furhermore; we don't live in a touristic destination that is why my students don't have much chance to find a native speaker to talk with. Of course I am aware that there are so many ways of getting in touch with foreign people but I believe that living in more touristic district reminds students how precious is knowing a language as they at least once come across with somebody asking them questions in English ( adress description)
2) The ideas or suggestions I have taken away from today is quite useful and can help me cope with our particular problem shyness, unwillingness, lacking of self confidence etc.I know that as a teacher encouraging students, making them to believe themselves takes time but step by step they will get used to getting involved in speaking process. Today I have learned the importance of giving true feedback and how it can affect my students. Also the applications we have learned may be good alternatives for making teaching and learning funnier, and leading students to doing better.Briefly if we as teachers go on talking in English during the class and change our methods according to level of our students we will complain less about the difficulty of teaching speaking.

1) Today the differentiation we have made during the class backs up the idea of "the level of the text isn't important,it's the task that should be at the right level " of course there are same exceptions but it is mostly true. Changing tasks according to the level of students encourages them to do more.with the reading passage consisting of fabrication words ( today's session) We discovered that even if we don't understand the text we can do tasks which are wanted from us. So with the true tasks we chose, we can attract the attention of unwilling students or can challenge the students with upper levels .İt is up to us. Also, sharing ideas with our collegues through "station" was quite enjoyable .
2) I think that the most common problem in teaching reading is students' not knowing the meaning of the new words and not understanding the text. However; (I will give the same example but I liked it so much ) the reading activity we did during the class shows that not knowing the meaning of a word or not understanding the text isn't important. True task is really important. I will use this example in my PDC session with my collegues.

1) The idea of teaching grammar in inductive/ implicit way would be quite useful in my language classrooms as it make the lesson more memorable and meaningful for all learners.Because they gain the chance of discovering the grammar rules for themselves rather than be led to them.Working for themselves may help them to remember it more easily and helps them reach an understanding on their own.Furhermore; guided and freer activities would help them devoloping their receptive and productive skills. When I turn back as a teacher mostly using deductive approach I am thinking of trying to use the inductive approach and the examples we have done during the class will help me apply it.
2)I think my colleagues would want to discuss approaches in teaching grammar in PDC because there will be techers using classic method(deductive) while others prefer using inductive approach. As we did in the class I am thinking of separating the teachers into groups and giving them approaches and want them to share their ideas with each other. Than with menti application I am going to get their ideas about the advantages and disadvantages of each approach.I believe that both groups will look at the topic from different points of views and may be use the mixture of approaches in their classes. If, at least a teacher decides to change his/her point of view and try to use different method after PDC I will have achieved one of the aims of PDC.

1)Process approach about writing activities would be the most appropriate in my local context because it provides instant feedback and guidance and gives the chance of peer collaboration. We learn through making mistake and in this approach students can write freely without worrying about errors and get the chance of redraft their writing. I am going to try to make writing tasks more engaging by linking the classroom with outside world.
2) in a PDC meeting my colleagues would be most interested in dijital tools that can be used in writing activities After a brainstorm I am going to want my collegues to analyse the approaches in writing with advantages and disadvantages. I believe that they will get the idea process approach as important as product and we are going to look at the ways of doing writing tasks more engaging with dijital tools and ideas we share.

1)I think greatest benefit of being in a PDC for teachers is coming together with collegues and reflecting on their teaching practices, identifying and discussing their common problems and seeking solutions together.
2)Before I establish a PDC in my area I will decide aims and outcomes of the training programme first and than according to them I will entegrate technology into my plan.We have learnt how to use Web 2.0 tools and tried to use them some part of training plan.To make the sharing enviroment useful I will choose the Networks I have built throughout the training.
3) I think the aim of Micro pdc is seeing the possible problems about planning and conducting and thanks to feedbacks we will have chance to improve the plan. Furthermore, we will also see other group representations and take notes about possible problems and the ideas we liked. They may be all useful and applicable for PDC. Practicing and being evaluated will be a good chance for us for unproblematic real PDC sessions in olur local area.
