         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the Kentucky Digest and found on page 200 information about health. A patient was discharged twice despite the excruciating symptoms because a hospital failed to diagnose the patient correctly and as a result, the patient died. This case took me to the Southwestern reporter, 3rd edition. The Volume was 487 on, page 864. "Saint Joseph Healthcare, Inc. v. Thomas, 487 S.W.3d. 864." This case also took me to the social security act 1867, 42 U.S.C.A 139dd.-Id as well as Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann 411 . 184(3).- Id.
