Fracking is the process of putting pressure on rocks and putting a water, sand, and chemical substance into the rocks to allow the gas or oil to flow out. It is being done in California, Washington, North Dakota, Colorado, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Arkansas, Texas, North Carolina, New Jersey, and Wyoming. I agree with using fracking. I believe the benefits of fracking outweigh the negatives of it because without it, we would have less ability to travel and do what we want. People of America would be extremely limited in their abilities if we didn't have gas or oil. Without oil, the world would be doomed.

http://earthjustice.org/features/campaigns/fracking-across-the-united-states?gclid=CNqLptX3hdICFQGPaQodH6IN9w

In my opinion aslong it is cost effective its fine. I'd say the benefits outweigh the negatives as even though its bad for the environment it is making jobs and giving us cheap gas.https://www.nytimes.com/2016/12/13/us/reversing-course-epa-says-fracking-can-contaminate-drinking-water.html?rref=collection%2Ftimestopic%2FGas%20(Fuel)&action=click&contentCollection=energy-environment&region=stream&module=stream_unit&version=latest&contentPlacement=8&pgtype=collection&_r=0
