First and foremost, I am happy and glad went to Industrial Court at Perkeso, Kuala lumpur on 1^st November. Encik Raja Khairul serve us with a lot of information about Industrial Court, he told us about the cases usually he handle, background of Industrial Court and etc. The Wisma Perkeso had 26 total of court and we have the opportunity to see the environment and take pictures in the court. Besides Encik Raja Khairul bought us to audio and visual court. Other than that, his chairman Tuan Eddie Yeo Soon Chye briefing about how they settle the case in that audio and visual court that being recorded until the end. It is such a good experience to be learnt with new things and environment. Lastly, we took picture together with the chairman as a memory.

I learn and gain much information regarding the industrial court procedures. For example, the structure in the court itself. How they interact in the court, the technology they use during the process. By using the digital transcript/recorded conversation will make the process become easier. Talk by Mr. Raja Khairul is so meaningful because the information can enhance my knowledge during learning session. Beside that, I just know that we can check the company’s cases in the official website of Industrial Court Malaysia. Thank you for this valuable opportunity, Dr. 

The visit of Industrial court give me an best experience and See/hear more details at the court. I learn and get more information and gain more knowledge in detail about industrial court. I also get an opportunity to see and hear about the cases that relate with employment. There also show the first one court using digital transcript/record.En. Raja Khairul Raja Ahmad show that we can check the cases at the official website of the Industrial court Malaysia. I also able to understanding more about collective bargaining and collective agreement procedures. 

The visit to Industrial Court that have give me a lot of experience and more details on how situation in the court. Also, I would know the structure in the court itself how they interact in the court. However, the technology they use during the process by using the digital transcript/recorded conversation will make the process become easier other than other court.  The talk by Mr. Raja Khairul is so meaningful because the information can enhance my knowledge during learning session and have give me more understanding on how the process of collective agreement is conducted. Besides that, I just know that we can check the company’s cases in the official website of Industrial Court Malaysia. 

During the Industrial Court visit, I learned more detail the purpose of the IR Court, the procedure, the main cases that they took and the problem happened in IR Court which talked by En Raja Khairul. He also talked about their official website where we can see the collective agreement, can check the person who had cases in Industrial Court and many more.  In the same time, I can see the physical court where we can see the real situation where the cases happen in the court. We also know the court is using digital transcript and also recorded the audio and video during the trial court. That is the first court using digital things and keep improving their system. We also got privilege to talk with the president of IR Court, Eddie Yeo Soon Chye. I also got opportunity to see the court’s hearing.  Thank you DR and project leader  for this valuable opportunity.

By having wonderful and awesome field trip at industrial court. I have learned many thing and got more information about how they handle and solve the cases.  Encik Raja Khairul also introduce all information about industrial court and he also brought us to the audio and visual court to see the real situation how they solve the cases. In industrial court also, they also introduce to us about the technology that they have use in the court. And lastly, I feel this is a good experience and enjoy with this field trip at industrial court. 

Assalamualaikum Dr Husna, what i had learned from the field trip to industrial court is i gain more understanding in this subject. This is because from the explanation gave from Encik Raja Khairul in Bahasa, i can see clearly how the process of bargaining between trade union and employer regarding to the employee matter. In the Industrial Court also, i can see and learn how they used new technology in the hearing court which is digital transcript. This application give people more time saving and accurate information during the hearing session.

 

The visit of Ir court give me such a new experience. I gain a lot of knowledge from the trip. I know about the real situation happen in court. I also can see how the technology that they use in the court work. By using this digital transcript it easy to record all conversation in court. The talk by Encik Raja Khairul also give me some information regarding collective agreement. Futhermore, I also learned how to check company cases at official website of Industrial Court. Thank you Dr, for this valuable opportunity.

Assalamualaikum Dr. Husna, 

What I have learn from trip to Industrial Court are I’m able to observe the real situation how the proceeding in IR court is carry out. I also know that the Industrial Court have used the audio visual technology where all the dialogue during the court proceeding are recorded and no need to be done manually like before these they need someone who type all the dialogue during the proceeding. 

We understand more how the court process and what is award meaning from the law perspective. We are so lucky because we are able to meet the Industrial Court’s president Your Honor Mr. Eddy in person. We also know that we could easily search the case through Industrial Court’s website if we want through the name of the case or the number of the case. It is a very valuable experiences that I get from this trip and thanks to Dr. Husna we are able to explore more than just a theory in law subject. 

 

From this visit, I gained a lot of experiences and new knowledge. I was able to know the procedure of the court hearing and the technology used during the hearing. I was also told that one case took a couple of years to solve and up until now, there are some cases from year 2016 have not been settled yet. During this visit also I had the opportunity to witness and experience the actual court hearing. Besides that, the talks given by Mr. Raja Khairul helped me to understand more on the process of collective bargaining and term of award that being used in the court. Mr. Raja also show that we could check the company cases in the official website of Industrial Court Malaysia by key in the case number, claimant or respondent.

 

I am so glad we got to visit Industrial Relation Court. It was a good exposure for us. I got to learned and experienced a lot from this trip, we got to ask direct question on how they handle various of industrial case, they have explained the process, function and how they operate itself from the beginning just as how Dr. Husna have taught us in class and we have clear mind and further explanation from the people itself. In addition, it was a great opportunity because got to see and speak to the Chairman itself which is Tuan Eddie Yeo Soon such an honoured. Other than that, I got to know that our Malaysian Industrial Relation Court used very high technology in the court while they proceeding the case and it help them so much to document it. Last but not least, the best part is we got to go and see the hearing case visually. 

Furthermore, the speaker also introduce to us the IR website which we able to search the case, number of case etc. Lastly, I’m also glad to person met Industrial Court’s president, Mr Eddy. I want to say thank you to Dr.Husna which gave us the opportunity to visited the IR Court. 

From this trip, I have learned and gain experience about the real situation in court proceeding. The most interesting that I know is the IR Court was the first court that use audio visual during the court proceeding. Their advancement in technology have make other court want to try it. The audio visual can record and write the transcript so that there is no information miss and they keep improving their system. The talk by Encik Raja Khairul, did mention about their official website which everyone can search if that particular person had gone through proceeding in IR Court. I found that it is very benefit for the employer if they want to hire someone to work with them. I also understand more how the court process and what is award meaning from the law perspective. I am so lucky because be able to meet the Industrial Court’s president Your Honor Mr. Eddy in person. Last word, thank you Dr. Husna for the opportunity and valuable trip.
