         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Glass ceiling: This term refers to some sort of “invisible” barriers which appear in a laboral aspects and prevents someone to keep succeeding on their career, this term is deeply related to women since they are the most affected on this aspect.</li><li>Minority: A minority is a group of people with some kind of difference, physical differences, religious or beliefs, etc. they tend to be bowed down by a bigger group, that's where the name minority comes from.</li><li>Majority: A majority is the opposite from a minority, this term represents a large group of people which tend to bow down smaller groups of people for having different opinions, beliefs, looks, etc.</li><li>Sexism: Sexism is a type of discrimination which consists of the prejudice that every gender has, it also referes to the postures or actitudes which promote this practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Racism: It is the type of discriminations which consists of the irracional hate to people from other races.</li><li>Prejudice: A prejudice is the way people might think one will act or be based on how they look.</li><li>Stereotype: A stereotype is the prejudice that is imposed to people based on their likes, looks or beliefs.</li><li>Segregation: Segregation is the type of racial discrimination that establishes the exclusion from racial groups from public services such as restaurants, schools, public areas, hotels, etc.</li><li>Race: Race is defined as a category of humankind that shares certain distinctive physical traits.</li><li>Ethnicity: Large groups of people classed according to common racial national, tribal, religious, linguistic, or cultural origin background.</li></ul>]]></description>
