-it's our job to take it upon ourselves to become comfortable with our weaknesses and we can do this through: reaching out to fellow teachers who may be stronger in certain areas and watch/learn from them, take courses, do research, etc. The most important thing is to embrace and accept our weaknesses rather than ignore them because that doesn't help us or our students to grow. It's okay to not be amazing at everything, but it's not okay to give up on trying to learn and grow. This models resilience and confidence to our students and helps them also be comfortable with embracing and then challenging their own weaknesses.

How do we adapt multiple intelligences and learning styles to online learning? As educators, how can we embed certain types of teaching/learning techniques (eg. kinesthetic learners where students need to move/learn hands-on) into an online format?

- Having activities that include movement, hands on work and online work in order to make sure students still get the same experience
- Educators can also incorporate different learning strategies into their lessons when they assign students with work by asking them to work on various activities that strengthen their skills
- Educators need to provide students with various options of doing their assigned work regardless of it being online
- We also noticed that for online learning educators would often add activities where students would get up and learn (for example learning the alphabet by writing it with our body/arms)
- Important to get student feedback and understand what works for them

After taking the multiple intelligence tests and acknowledging the significance of different learning styles, how might a teacher reflect on their own teaching strengths and weaknesses to foster a positive learning experience/environment amongst students?

Making sure lesson plans incorporate a variety of learning styles. E.g having students watch a YouTube video with subtitles which caters to visual and auditory learners and then doing a hands on activity to test their knowledge (kinaesthetic learners). A couple of us have observed that majority of students benefit from hands on activities and group work because it engages them with the learning and allows them to connect with others and build ideas off of one another.
