         <title>Impact of Policy at my school </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Game based policy will have a tremendous impact at my school since many of the students, especially the boys, are already  very actively involved in various forms of game play. Linking something that they  have fun doing with  their academic pursuits, which at times they find boring is a good way of motivating them and increasing student interest in different academic disciplines in the school system.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> The ministry lists the following points</div><div>(i)  Support teachers’ use of game-based learning (GBL) methodologies in classrooms. <br><br></div><div>(ii)   Assist teachers in sourcing curriculum-relevant and age-appropriate educational games for use in classrooms. <br><br></div><div>(iii)  Support and facilitate the development of curriculum-relevant edu-games for use in schools. <br><br></div><div>(iv)  Provide training for teachers towards developing competence in edu-game design. <br><br></div><div>(v)    Include GBL components in ICT-infusion training and professional development training for teachers. <br><br><strong>We found these points to be adequate.<br> <br>What steps  can we take to actually help with the implementation of this policy ??<br></strong><br></div><ul><li> necessary resources provided</li><li>wholesale buy-in  by the school  admin and teachers</li><li>Proper training and education of staff.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
