         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ratliff mentions how the one note is hard to listen to  because it gives out a series of rigorous inspections for the musician and the listener as if the music is checking you down until it lets you go. I see it as almost like good anxiety, you're anticipating for the music to resolve as it hits you with the same note over and over again.</div>]]></description>
