         <description><![CDATA[<div>Get It Done Padlet<br><br>The Plan...Do...Check... and Act data cycle seems to be a quick and easy way for all teachers to answer the question...Is my students learning the materials and if not what am I going to change to make sure that they do learn. I think this quick check would be helpful to have everyone in the PLC trained in using the process so that it becomes the norm to constantly evaluate what was planned, what happened in the lesson, check to see if student got it and  revise, reteach or move on. </div>]]></description>
