This is an Aha Moment because Katniss realizes President Snow is suspicious that Katniss doesn't really like Peeta and is pretending then Katniss is in trouble. So Katniss is going to have to keep up this charade and try to live among her group of people inside the arena. In catching fire it is an old tradition used at funerals to say goodbye and give admiration to people. This is a memory moment and she is remembering this due to their similar situation and thoughts about gale.
