Have you ever joined a group activity and thought, “I don’t really know what I’m good at or capable of? "That’s exactly what happened to us. During our recent class project, we discovered something surprising—not about anyone else, but about ourselves. One time, I realized I can explain ideas clearly when my group was confused about the instructions, while Ron Anterola, My friend surprises herself by coming up with a creative way to present our work using simple props. When doing group projects, it is rare to find individuals who can truly show your strengths. There are people who can sometimes do what they are told, but when given— they do it almost perfectly. We discovered that each of us has weaknesses, and that's when we figured out that it's someones strength.

Even Cj, who usually stays quiet, showed he has talent for organizing our thoughts when ours clashed into something that 'we' also can't even comprehend. When bombarded with confusing and overflowing information he steps up to collect our ideas and everything will make sense. It made us realize that teamwork doesn’t just get the task done it also reveals the best parts of who we are.

As a result, when we're doing group activities it showed us something important. While writing, a quote came to mind "we are more capable than we think. " By discovering our hidden strengths through teamwork, creativity, leadership, and problem solving. We learned that believing in ourselves and in each other is the real lesson of when we think of this promt. We do not just finished the task, but we also realized that when we work together, we all shine brighter. So the next time you join a group, pay attention, participate and collaborate you might be surprised by the strengths you didn’t know you had.
