You seem to have shown some evidence of the issues of domestic abuse in developing countries and have included references. However:

There are some missing examples/statistics/case studies to help support your points. Try to find some in your sources to use in this essay (see my comments).

Also, try to comment on/evaluate/explain your references afterwards to help the reader follow your own position on the topic. It is also worth using more linking words to help connect your points and help the reader process the information.

Please check some of your sentences for grammar. Please see my comments in the essay.

With regard to academic vocabulary, check some of the words and phrases you use. Some of them seem rather informal (see my comments).

Referencing – Review how to use and incorporate the Harvard referencing style. You need to follow this consistently throughout your essay (both in-text and in your Reference list). Also, remember to use an in-text citation for EVERY sentence which contains a fact/information from a source. Finally, don't forget to include a title page and a reference list in the final draft.

If we can invest in ourselves in the future, then spend our time and income on relationships.
Studies have shown that.
1) Socializing is good for us. People who are close to their families and enjoy interacting with friends and neighbors are happier, healthier and live longer.
2) Harmonious and harmonious relationships are good for our health, and a good, intimate marriage can ease the pain of aging.
3) A beautiful marriage not only protects our bodies, but also our brains and memory functions better. Because they firmly believe in each other's reliability at critical moments and that life's little noises are just the seasoning of life. Mark Twain said: short time, short life, don't waste time on arguments, apologies, grief and preparation for responsibility. Take a moment to love and don't let it down even for a moment.
Spend time on the things you expect and let love into your life.

Summary：
In an effort to pull the sister from hours of falling from grief and pain, Sean Aker gives new meaning to what the sister went through, a positive way of thinking. This is positive psychology. Most research data is the study of the concept of the mean, ignoring the outliers of the data curve, while positive psychology studies look to the study of the outliers to explore the reasons for the improvement of the overall mean curve. Positive psychology research shows that our brains use lenses to see the world, thus creating our real world and determining our happiness. 10% of our happiness depends on external conditions, and 90% of our anger depends on how the angry brain understands the world (lens). By changing the definition of success and happiness, we maliciously change the way we affect reality. IQ only determines 25% of career success, the remaining 75% depends on your motivation, interpersonal relationships and ability to see stress as a challenge rather than a threat. Positive dopamine enters the brain system and makes you happier. By opening all the learning centers in the brain, the brain can work more efficiently. By training the brain to make itself more active, make a 21-day habit and write down three things to be thankful for each day, the brain will form positive patterns. Meditation will allow you to focus on processing things. Conscious friendliness, praise and thanks to all.

In the presentation, each of the three members of our team studied a problem: studied the calculation of the expected net present value (ENPV), distinguished between risk and uncertainty, and used sensitivity analysis to separately assess the risk of investment projects.

This presentation is my first experience analysis of a company. In the group, I will strictly assess the sensitivity analysis it helps PQR risk assessment of investment projects. First of all, we calculated and studied the form of PQR Company together so that we can understand the situation of this company and learn how to evaluate and analyze PQR. We could not communicate face to face due to viruses, so we actively discussed the same and different views in the video. Then we conduct our own research. First of all, by reviewing what the teacher said in the classroom, and I carefully read the teacher's video explanation and courseware, then I understood the definition and formula of sensitivity analysis. Next, I conducted a sensitivity analysis (investment, cost, and sales) of various parts of PQR using its formula. During the period, I have encountered many difficulties, but the discussion with other members and repeated his own research, I solved the difficulties and came up with the answer.

Overall, the whole experience is very good. First of all, I found that the most obvious thing is that the advantages of teamwork and division of labor. I learned that with limited time and resources, good teamwork is key to a smooth design campaign. Because everyone has their own opinion, many different ideas can be generated. Most importantly, I find the energy of team participation makes me feel more energized. Secondly, my understanding of the investment and financial knowledge is greatly increased. The discussion during the break also helped me learn a lot of knowledge, but it also determined how our understanding of the same information was different, which also encouraged discussion about who was right. Some academic words and expressions used in the discussion have hindered my learning experience to some extent, but as time goes by, I hope to expand my knowledge by practicing English and reading financial articles，so as to gradually become familiar with the subject.

In conclusion, I will learn from this experience and practice a lot of thinking skills, calculation skills and speaking skills. Also I will to learn the advantages of team members. Then do better in the next similar activity.

Summary：
Susan David is from South Africa and grew up in a country and community that was often overlooked and denied during apartheid. Her father had died of cancer and Susan was very calm and normal. Her mother is deeply saddened that she will have to rely on one person to raise her three children alone and that creditors will recover the debt. Her family was hit by financial and emotional disaster. She began to fall rapidly into the abyss, feeling alone and refusing to accept the painful grief. Her emotions were not accepted. In a complex and ever-changing world, when most people think of "bad emotions", they truly appreciate the value of emotions and accept the true emotions within us for the right positive attitude. Accepting "bad emotions" does not mean you don't like good emotions. There are no good or bad emotions. It's normal to feel that way. Emotional distress is a part of our lives. There is no need to face stress and distress. This is the price of living the meaning of life. In the face of complexity, we need more limited emotional flexibility to gain momentum in life. Embrace smart emotions, use a blank notebook to really express your feelings, and communicate secretly and quietly. Only by learning to accept all of our emotions can we reclaim the foundation for growth and true happiness. Emotions are a source of data. Emotions encompass our needs. It will guide us to take some positive action to reshape our lives. You don't equal emotion. Identify emotions accurately, not obey them. You are the master of your emotions. Emotions tell us which actions will meet our standards of worth and have the courage to take value-related steps to express our feelings. Courage is not without fear. The courage to walk in fear. Look at yourself. Because by looking straight at yourself, you will see that others do the same: emotional agility is the only sustainable way to be in a fragile and beautiful world. This reminds me of the idea of "nonviolent communication''. By observing facts, expressing feelings, embodying needs and specific demands, I can truly express myself and listen to others. People are born with a passion for life, they share the same feelings, they are willing to help each other and make love part of society. Thanks to Susan David for making me properly aware of the true emotion of expressing courage, and that being emotionally agile is the only sustainable way to be in a complex and changing environment!

In this presentation, I was a little nervous because it was the first time I had analyzed a company. I think that may have led to some of what I wanted to say not being said. I think nervousness is a problem that can only be solved through experience and every presentation, and I'm sure I'll be better able to deal with it.

I would look up the pronunciation of the word ahead of time and practice it several times, but errors would still occur. I think the solution to this problem is more practice in preparing the presentation.

Income statement analysis

I learned how to analyze a company from the income statement from the finance and investment courses, and then I practiced with Sainsbury and Morrison. During the analysis, I encountered many difficulties. Through the detailed explanation and specific examples of the teacher, I gradually learned more about the knowledge I taught, such as financial statements and budgets, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
First of all, the income statement actually reflects the capabilities of the business, as the income statement is based on benefits. It can help businesses determine income and expenses. Such reports are usually quarterly or annual. The purpose of preparing an income statement is first and foremost to evaluate the company's past performance against its competitors. The second is to forecast the future performance of the company and assess the risk of future cash flows, referring to operating cash flows. I really don't know what made me understand the company's income statement any better. Remembering that we had seen Tesco in class, it was a real life profit and loss statement that showed me the application of profit and loss statements in real life. Next, I practiced in earnest. I analyzed the profit statements of Sainsbury and Morrission.

Watched the TED talk "Are You the Ideal Team Partner?" .

https://www.ted.com/talks/patrick_lencioni_are_you_an_ideal_team_player

Summary：
Everywhere in life these days, there is a need for cooperation. For example, in medicine and communications, teamwork is required to develop complex solutions. Three benefits of a good team player. The most important thing is humility. Humility is a major factor in a successful life. Don't be arrogant, but let others get ahead of themselves. And be friendly and respectful to everyone. The second is that you have to be hungry. Having a higher level of work exceeded expectations. The third is cleverness. This includes a person's IQ and emotional intelligence. Words and actions must be used to promote others. Therefore, to be a great team player, you must have all three of these qualities. We can develop these three qualities by starting with ourselves and changing ourselves to improve our organization.

In my spare time, I like to cook. Can not only make good use of time, but also learn a dish. Studying abroad, without the company of my family, I learned to cook by myself. Today I made Fried pork with parsley, which is my favorite when I was at home. First, cut the pork into shreds and wash and cut the parsley into segments. Then mince the garlic. Open the fire, burn the oil, stir the minced garlic and dried chili into the pan and stir out the garlic. Next, fry the shredded pork. Finally add the parsley segment and stir fry, add some salt to serve. This is very healthy.
