200 grames of grated chesse
200 grames of oaxacas chesse
half shredded chicken breast
a quarterof cream

1pan
3 dishes
4 cups
1 bowl
2 spons
1 knife
preparation:
1.we cut the lettuce
2. we heat refried beans
3.shred the chicken and shred the oaxacas chesse
4.we take the toast and we spread the beans
5.add a pinch of lettuce 
6.add a pinch of chicken
7. you add a Little cream
8.add a Little sauce
9. to finish we add the chesse
