He explained that the actual process of walking was part of the art due to the many thought processes you have on the walk which get triggered by the things you encounter along the way. These pieces were created with the intention to present the human form freed from the specifics of time and place and that is very similar to what happens to me during the meditation. I am inspired by this piece specifically because the human figures make up the space while still being imurged in it. I was able to to feel and hear the sound/vibration more intensely. I could feel the energy going in one ear, bouncing across the perimeter of my brain and floating out the other ear. I began to translate this sensation as the unblocking and releasing of stagnant energy, this was a very healing experience for me and I hope to betray that though this video. I have been attending these weekly, 45 minute meditations which are guided by sounds like singing bowls, gongs, charms, mantras. These sound baths can lead you into a very pure state and I have noticed that if I go in deep enough I start to see colours moving in a particular way, once I noticed that it was the sound which created these visuals I began to focus in on it, making the visions stronger. I would like to try and re create the things I see in a physical mediam to allow the viewer into my mind. It felt liberating 
And although my body couldn’t stop shaking I felt peace
Nothing was right of wrong I was just present and no problems exist here 
I once read that when your body goes into survival mode your ego disappears along with all un serving  thoughts, the only thing that mattered is surviving I guess that’s where the saying “the closer you are to death the more alive you feel” comes from.

I've done this by cutting each clip into small sections and speeding the clips up as the film went on this gave a chopped effect which I feel had a bigger impact on the viewer in terms of how the film made them feel.
