A document made by the management staff because the technical tools available in the school condition the possibilities of working in the classroom and vice versa. It is important to have a picture of the starting situation and a shared vision of a point of arrival and intermediate stages.
The resources are many, too many, but perhaps I would insert this plan in an analysis based on the CAF model (Common Assessment Framework - http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/ramon/statmanuals/files/CAF_2013.pdf)
Just before sending my plan, I realized that you provided two different models for writing the plan. I had a very serious problem with viruses and lost everything on my computer, I was with microsoft security and was not aware of the daily manual update, all files were lost and today my computer is with a technician who will try to recover my files, my last backup was in 2015.
I'm very sorry for what happened and it will be learning.
My external hard drive has been damaged.
I advise you to use files in the clouds and have the same file on two or three machines.
I've lost a lot of important files.
