Midway through the class time he ended up leaving with an unprepared aid to deal with the issue. The teacher really didn't do anything to keep the classroom on task and I found this very disappointing. The school was colorful with walls decorated with students accomplishments and motivational quotes. (8th) classroom was very decorative with historical figures and patriotic themes hung all round. Very kind and open to discussions. Students were very appreciative of feedback of both other students and teacher. 
(6th) Was very laid back and didn't seem to care much about students misbehaving. She described it as her role now was more of managing the classroom instead of teaching. It was more student lead, organized, and discussion based. 
The second (6th) was completely paper worksheet based with coloring activities mixed in. Didn't discuss too much relied mostly on papers and textbook to teach the material.
