The faculty is quite consultative and there are less boundaries between different levels of staff which makes it easier to contribute to the direction and needs of faculty members.

Do we need to have 10+ live classes running the same tutorial every week or PEX residential, or can we move to pre-recorded sessions and use our tutorial/workshop time to support in other ways? Think about the use of residential days twice a term to deliver tutorials?

There is so much that restricts teaching - including the timetable stranglehold mentioned above. We need to meet students needs, meet them where thay are, when we get them. There is no facility to be flexible pedagogically.
