1 can of Condensed Milk
1 Cinnamon Stick
1/2 cup of Sugar
2 tablespoons of Vanilla
2 cups of Water

Steps

1) Place pot with water and rice on the stove and heat it up over medium
2) Wait until the rice is soft
3) Add the milk, condensed milk, cinnamon stick, sugar, vanilla
4) Let cook medium heat
5) Wait until it boils 
6) Let it cool off
