It helped me to understand each domain of a child and this will help me to plan activities accordingly and develop realtionship with the child

Observing the child's resistance training highlights how crucial it is for them to learn and maintain proper form and technique. Proper form not only helps in maximizing the effectiveness of the exercises but also plays a significant role in preventing injuries. Ensuring that the child understands and practices correct form with lighter weights before progressing to heavier ones can set a solid foundation for their future workouts.
