Hard to qualify, continue, and places limits on amounts you can earn from other sources. Uses outdated figures to determine amount of aid

* Created to serve and protect

Housing- none, substandard, can't qualify or too expensive

Health Care- constantly changing, hard to qualify

Employment- only the most basic and low paying

*All of our Democratic Republic Allies have them

The USA doesn't, why?

Stigmatized- people looked down upon

Politicized- clients are labeled wrongly

Government- low budget cursory approach
