         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Mild to no symptoms, some people experience leg pain due to the claudication (Muscle pain, cramping with activity, location of pain usually indicates clogged or narrowed artery., Calf pain is most common.)<br>- Feeling of coldness to lower extremities <br>- Sores that won't heal (Diabetes are prone to this)<br>- Change in color (Dark red, if tissue becomes narcotic black color can be noticed) to lower extremities.<br>- Hair loss or either growth decrease due to poor circulation.<br>- Erectile Dysfunction in men. <br>- No pulse, and or weak.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Due to PAD causing narrowing of the arteries this will likely cause hypoxemia and hypercapnia since the majority of patients are smoker or diabetes or both and seen with Stroke or MI patients as well. Hypoxemia due to the narrowing of the arteries causing low O2 in blood making poor gas exchange in the muscles. Causing or leading to narcosis. With patients that have a history of MI or Stroke this is causing Left Ventricle issues leading to Pulmonary Hypertension. Causing Pulmonary Edema leading to Crackles and or Wheezing.
