Algunos ejemplos pedir una cita urgente, "nunca hay agenda para las citas" deforma inmediata, medicamentos genéricos pocos eficaces para la enfermedad del paciente, cirugías que no se hacen por ser costosos y ni hablar de la población que no tiene una EPS quienes están condenados al olvido y morir indignamente.
Una solución seria que el sistema de salud sea administrado por el estado pero para ello se tendría que establecer un pilar: a. Capacitación a todo el personal desde directivos hasta enfermeros en que el paciente es lo importante y por ello se le debe tratar con todas las consideraciones de un ser humano b. Leyes claras y rigurosas que permitan castigar ejemplarmente a todos aquellos que incurran en actos como: malos manejos de dinero, maltrato a un paciente o cualquier acto doloso y por ultimo la construcción de un mayor de centros hospitalarios y adecuados con equipo de ultima tecnología.
