I don’t expect anyone to be the same but my opinion would be they probably struggle with sitting still. I have struggled a lot in my life and I’ve let it take me to dark holes I couldn’t crawl out of and I don’t want to be that person anymore. As a teacher, I hope to never let a child fall into that hole and even teach them how to get themselves out of that hole in the future. That’s the reason I do this, for them. I didn’t care a lot about school but once I got to college, that’s all I focus on.  I feel I am not going to waste my time not taking this seriously because I am doing this to do what I want. I know this class will teach me it is okay to understand we are all going to be unique teachers which means I will come up with lesson plans that will fail but as a teacher, I can always find more ways to grow.
