The functions of the WHO are divided into two categories: regulatory activities (carried out mainly by headquarters) and technical cooperation (carried out by regional and state offices). The IAEA was established as an autonomous organization on July 29, 1957. The headquarters is located in Vienna.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The International Labor Organization is a specialized agency of the League of Nations and, after World War II, the United Nations, founded in 1919 by governments to support international cooperation in world peace and reduce social injustice improving working conditions. The ILO's charter is based on two basic principles - universality and tripartite representation. Universality means, above all, the possibility of joining the Organization of any state that agrees to fulfill its obligations under the Charter. According to the Alliance's statutory documents, NATO's main role is to ensure the freedom and security of its members through political and military means. The Alliance stands for the protection of its member countries from the threat of aggression: the main military-political principle of the organization is a system of collective security, ie joint organized action of all its members in response to an attack from outside.</div>]]></description>

Under the Marrakesh Agreement, the WTO provides a common institutional framework for trade relations between its members, ie it forms an international forum with working bodies. Within its framework, international negotiations can take place both between all WTO members and between individual participants. The regulation of international trade within the WTO is based on basic rules and principles, among which one of the most important is the principle of non-discrimination. The Foundation has the status of a specialized agency of the United Nations. It has 189 member countries. The IMF was established on December 27, 1945. The IMF is the institutional basis of the modern world monetary system.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The OECD is an international organization of 35 countries, most of which are high-income countries with high HDI and are considered developed. The OECD Treaty was signed on December 14, 1960 in Paris, but entered into force on September 30, 1961 on the basis of the European Organization for Economic Cooperation to coordinate the economic policies of OECD member countries and agree on a program of assistance to developing countries. Unlike the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, the OECD does not provide funding. The organization is a place of study and discussion and conducts searches and analyzes that help governments determine a strategy for entering into formal agreements between member countries.</div>]]></description>
