Affects that stress can have on a person
Stress can affect ones behaviour in many ways, including my own. Stress can affect every single aspect of a persons life, including their relationships, diet, mental health, which all have a huge impact on everyday behaviour. Stress is good for when needing to focus on getting something done, but too much can make a persons behaviour short, angry, sad, depressed, overly tired and dry.

How does lack of sleep affect behaviour?
Robert B. Hernandez says that lack of sleep we get can affect the nervous system and make many changes for the mood we will have. It can make us agitated, irritable, depressive and edgy because the nervous system is aroused.
https://youtu.be/Wghnxt5J2Zg

How sleep affects my behaviour
Sleep is an important part when it comes to my behaviour, if I am tired then I tend to have less patience for anything. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep for me is key in making sure my behaviour is positive throughout the day. When my body is lacking sleep, I tend to feel like a zombie and I don't want to do anything or go anywhere. Getting no sleep or barely any affects my school work and my job. My brain isn't at its best when I am tired.

How does confidence affect behaviour?
Confidence has a huge role when it comes to behaviour and how a person shows them self in their everyday life. "Self confidence is known to be the best influential motivators and regulators of behaviour in people's everyday lives." A person who lacks confidence may be more quiet and talk to very few people, many people who lack confidence will avoid doing public things. But a person who has confidence will be out doing things for their enjoyment and not worry about the people around them. Having confidence makes a happier and better person.
