         <description><![CDATA[<div>reaction formation- one defense mechanism that I tend to use is reaction formation, which is when you act opposite than what you really feel to hide your feelings or mask unacceptable impulses. I am pretty low-key about my feelings, an often wait awhile to express them because I don't like for everyone to know exactly how I am feeling at every moment and why I might be feeling that way<br>projection- another mechanism i find myself using is projection, because I have found that a lot of times when I fight with my sisters we call each other names, or say stuff about each other, only to realize that we are doing the same thing and could be learning from each others mistakes</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Id- The Id is what controls your impulses by seeking pleasure. Something that I do a lot is, shop. Even though I know I should save my money sometimes, I let my Id get the best of me and I will buy things to please myself.<br>Ego- The ego is like a mediator between the Id and superego, making sure that you aren't letting too many impulse choices go through, but allowing you to chose what you want to do, even if it doesn't seem like the best thing<br>Superego- The superego focus on morals and following your conscience. Something that is really important to me and high up on my morals is family. I always make sure to do things that will help my family and friends and never hurt them.</div>]]></description>

I have clothes, shoes, food, water, etc.<br>love&amp;belonging- I have defiantly achieved the love&amp;belonging category because I feel comfortable with the people in my life. I have a family who loves me and is there for me. I also have many friends that I can always count on, just like my family.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>openness- I would say that on the big 5 scale for openness I am pretty low. I don't like to tell people how I am feeling, and everything I am thinking.<br>extraversion- although i am not very open about myself personally, I am very good at creating and keeping a conversation. I like to ask questions, and learn about other people (before they learn about me). I would put myself in the middle of the scale for extraversion. I am outgoing, but then even more outgoing once you get to know me.<br>agreeableness- At some times in my life, I find it hard to get along with certain people, but I always figure out a way to fix it, because I want to be able to get along, and work with everyone.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>ideal vs. real self- I know who I want to be as a person; I want to be someone that people can always come to, and feel comfortable around. I want to be comfortable and confident with myself and all of my choices. I want to make sure that I am living the life that makes me happy and will benefit me. The person I am right now is close to the person I want to fully be, but I am still growing and learning. I am even still finding out that i may not want to be something I did before, and I may have totally different views on who I want to be.<br><br></div>]]></description>
