After the eggs are immersed into the vinegar, tiny bubbles start to form up around the eggs.Thin layer of the egg shells also start to peel off after the eggs are immersed. This is because the acetic acid in vinegar reacts with calcium carbonate in egg shell which cause carbon dioxide gas which is the bubbles to be released and also breaks apart thin layer of the eggshells.

Yes. After I soak the eggs in vinegar, there are some tiny bubbles start to form around the eggs. Then, the thin layer of the eggs shell start to disappear. This is because vinegar in fact contains acetic acid and this reacts with the calcium carbonate making up the shell of the eggs. This reaction gives off carbon dioxide so you will have seen bubbles coming off the egg as soon as it was added to the vinegar.
