         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br></div><pre>To perform the first exercise you will need an elastic band. Treat it with both feet and hold one end with one hand. Raise the leg laterally on the side of the hand with which you hold the band, so that you are pushing it when lifting that leg. When you lower it, make a squat. If you want to increase the intensity, raise the hand that holds the band over your shoulder.
