This party mix has colourful, eye-catching cartoons on its packaging, this may be aimed to attract young children. The word natural in the title may also misleadingly convince parents that these sweets are a "healthier" or more "Natural" than other sweets.
This bag of sweets is 110g but the nutritional information is given per 100g. This means instead of 59g of sugar per 100g which the consumer may presume the bag weighs it actually contains 65g of sugar. The World Health Organisation recommends 50g maximum sugar consumption per day.

This Soy sauce has the text "reduced salt" in green. this will make it stand out to consumers. The RDA of salt is a maximum of 6g per day so this reduced salt alternative this may appeal to a large percentage of the population especially people who suffer from heart conditions or hypertension. According to this packaging the serving size should be 5ml. Per 5ml serving this reduced salt soy sauce contains 0.6g of salt. Regular soy sauce from the same brand (AMOY) contains 0.8g of salt per serving. This is a difference of 0.2g between the reduced salt and regular soy sauce. 0.2g of salt is 3.33% of the RDA. this is a small percentage and may mislead consumers to believe that there is a large difference in salt between the two sauces.

JLO advertised a brand of gummies on her Instagram earlier this year. she claimed these gummies can instantly provide energy. There is a video of JLO eating an apple cider vinegar gummy during a workout. When she becomes fatigued she eats one then instantly regains energy. This may influence her Instagram followers to buy the product . The gummies do contain vitamin B12 which is important for energy production but it does not instantly provide energy like JLO reported. This may mislead consumers to think these gummies are capsules of instant energy.

Each individual bottle is 250ml and is normally considered one serving size but the nutrition information is done per 100ml or per 150ml. if a consumer was quickly checking the nutritional information they could be mislead by the 150ml nutrition because the bottle is actually 250ml. instead of 13g of sugar per 150ml it is really 21g of sugar per 250ml. this is a significant difference. one of these is 35% of our maximum daily sugar allowance and 52% of the recommended sugar intake
