<title>The focus on agency, reflection, and teacher capabilities brings new energy to the PYP framework. I am excited to share the planner templates and the updated PS&amp;P with the staff at our school. I anticipate the enhancements will be received with enthusiasm as there is a streamlined approach that will be welcome and obvious attention to updated research that makes the PYP more relevant. </title>

<title>In addition to a strong desire to become very familiar with the PS&amp;P, I also want to delve into the new workshop protocols. Daily there are conversation on the IB communities that I want to be part of...I need to set priorities for tackling all of the new information and plan the sequence I will use to share with others. </title>

<title>Developing a realistic action plan for my learning and a plan for implementation at our school is a top priority. Working with the PYP coordinators in our district/state to plan collaboratively and share interpretations throughout the process is a goal. Devoting time to perusing social media and the IB communities to &quot;listen in&quot; and participate in conversations to further define applications of the enhancements is something that I plan to do once I have personally reviewed the core documents. </title>
