         <description><![CDATA[<div>Affection:</div><ul><li>lack of energy: too tired to do exercise after a long day of work, he believes that exercising may make him feel more tired</li><li>Believe doing exercise will make the pain worse</li><li>Telling him that working is not an excuse to neglect the importance of doing exercises, otherwise this back pain will brings a detrimental effect </li></ul><div><br>Behavior:</div><ul><li>He can still do several easy physical exercises daily to alleviate his back pain even though he sits on the taxi</li><li>For instance: He can try to utilize his spare time (lunch time during working or in weekend)  to process cat pose which rotate his head smoothly for around 5 minutes and slowly return it to the original pose </li><li>Plan a weekly physical exercise schedule and become part of his routine</li><li>Encourage friends or family members to accompany him to do exercise</li></ul><div><br>Cognition:</div><ul><li>Educate him how exercise can improve low back pain</li><li>Acknowledge the benefits of physical exercise</li><li>State the disadvantages of being inactive and how it could affect him</li></ul>]]></description>
