Taxes have a season called, Tax Season which takes place between January 1st and then ends on April 14. Then right after Tax season, it's Tax Day, when people will get a Tax Return. This can give people who had done taxes during tax season money, money can range up to around 3,000$ or more. The average tax rate in the US is 24.8%. The rest of the percentage is a gross income, which will be used for necessities. Though, no matter how much money or what financial class you're in, as long as one person can have an income of 10,000$. If two were married their income would be combined. For example, if person number 1 makes 10k and person number 2 makes 20k they will have to pay 10% of what they earn combined.

Should people pay the same tax rate no matter their income.

However, Albert Becker believes people shouldn't be taxed the same. It is known that mainly the rich people like Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, and Bill Gates. They're known for paying the majority of the taxes, while the lower classes, like the wealthy, and middle poor, pay a small percentage of the taxes. The more rich people pay up to 50% of their earnings. Like if they make $1,000,000 they would have to pay $500,000 for taxes. Whilst knowing that, if we were to make everyone pay 50% of their income just for taxes, without considering what the lower classes would have to pay half of their income. Which will make people more homeless and have a hard time surviving.

Backstory

Albert Becker was born in the year 1968 in Dallas, Texas. On Christmas Eve, His mother was in the hospital due to some health issues, but Albert didn’t know since he was too busy with his lawyer studies in college. The day he was going to visit his mother, he had gotten a phone call revealing that his mother was in the hospital, where he had also found out his mother had stage 4 cancer. The doctor also revealed that his mother only had a few days to live. Albert had then rushed to the hospital.

Albert couldn’t believe his eyes and drove to the hospital. Fast forward, before his mother passed away she gave him one last present. She gave him a box that also came with a keyhole. A few hours passed by and she stopped breathing. A few months passed by and Albert still had the box his mother gave him and a pet cat that also came along with the present. As he grew older he graduated South Texas college of law.

Guns

I, Albert Becker believe that any gun that is used for warfare should not be able to be purchased. Any firearm that is classified as “Assault” should be removed from weapon shops, and online websites. And in order for public safety, background checks should be put in effect if someone wants to purchase a firearm. Because there are people who want to own guns, and are against my opinion for no “over-aggressive” weapons, such as assault rifles, or shotguns, I know that for people’s safety, unless you have not failed a background check, or are not in a state with this law, revolvers, and other types of pistols are more than enough for protection.

Studies have shown that with better gun law restrictions, or maybe potential police intervention, school shootings would not happen as much. So in theory, if police intervention, and stricter gun restrictions and laws are in place to prevent mass shootings, or to better public safety, that would prove beneficial to stop casualties every year.

Opposing Argument

Some people might oppose Citizens not getting taxed the same, rather than saying they should get taxed the same. Though, as stated if citizens of the United States were to get taxed at the same rate. If citizens were to tax people like 35% - 50% for everyone, it would cause many issues. It can cause the lower classes to have a financial crisis, while the wealthy would be barely stable. While the richest can live suitably. This will break the economy because stores and such would have to inflate prices, especially gas. If we were to tax the rich even more, it would cause them to also be in a financial situation. Rich people like Jeff Bezos, or Mark Zuckerberg, rich people like them pay almost 50% of their income. The government mainly relies on those taxpayers since they make up billions.

From time to time, oil production has been getting worse every day and every year. I believe as the president I should bring this situation up more. These animals are dying everyday due to oil production. These animals get mixed up about what food is and what it isn’t, Also it takes away all of the fresh and clean air from us. Global warming is going to get worse if we keep on doing things that contain a bunch of oil production.

I know that we should limit the population as much as we can. Like trying to pressure citizens to start using electric vehicles instead of gas vehicles. As society starts to get more advanced every year, to help stop polluting. Electric cars are one of the first steps to stop pollution caused by cars. Electric cars are known to be less costly than a gas car. It is easier to replace any electric vehicle parts without it being that costly, unlike the gas vehicles parts. Nowadays it's starting to cost more to buy gas cars, car parts. Due to it being expensive, and starting to have a low demand.

Arthur Laffer says that raising the tax rates would cause issues. Like where people will initially riot against the taxes, due to it being the maximum rate. If the government were to raise taxes or tax at the same rate, they would only use it for military.
