It helps to understand how to start your design, how to create and imagine ideas and all the planning come to life. The Research is important because it helps get a feel for whatever you need to do, what is expected of the design. Research helps you understand the character and find out about people 
When Ruth spoke about Art as prayer. I felt intrigued because really spoke to me in the way of at times you do not always pray because it feels senseless and art has a different way of showing you meaning and a sign to the right path. It showed me as a designer or creative person we see things and life in a whole new way and perspective and it speaks to us through art.
The difference between Responsibility and Response-Ability is that response-ability is used to indicate the ability that we can response or answer. Response-Ability is the ability to be mindful of our result of internal and external stimuli .It involves groundedness, centerterdness  and mindfulness. Responsibility is used to indicate that the work which assigned to us and we are responsible to do it
Costume Designs communicate the details of the characters personality to the audience and helps actors/actresses transform into new and believable people on screen. It shows us how and what characters are and how they are portrayed
Ruth says that through her designs she has connected to her voice 
she connects her voice through showing her designs and costumes. Her voice is her passions in a sense of perspective 
This whole movie has inspired me in many ways. To say creativity is everywhere and we should never let anything damage or let us stray away from our path in life as a designer.
