We can get councillors to write a reflection to the teacher on why they were late for duty. If the same person skips duty for a number of time, we could suspend them from doing duties etc so that we can show that teachers are serious about it.

we can try out the duty with the sec 1s or brief them about what to do

This can be a team bonding game.

1. It involves a lot of communication within group and is exciting as it will allows you to compete with one another as a result bond with one another

Its better than 2022 one because its tests your critical thinking and creativity. Its more fun as it is more physical (includes running etc)
It will be held in either the hall or their respective classrooms 
Ask for their attention first then talk in loud voice - show demo to make sure that everyone understands

It starts with 1 person jump roping, and 1 person can join in each time when they are ready. The 2 people who are swinging the ropes have to coordinate and work together to swing with the right rhythm. Only 1 person can join the jump rope at a time, the goal is for as many people (max ~6) (we have to try out first) to join the jump rope and maintain for at least 15 seconds.

Students will take turns to jump rope. 

The rope swingers are student councils.

People who are not jump roping should cheer on their friends.

It is a physical game because of a non Covid year. The sec 1s can run around instead of sitting and listening to us talk

The school hall and use foam balls so no one gets injured . There will be plenty of space for them to move around

The rules of the game 
1. Everyone starts at the end of the hall 
2. The ball will be placed in the middle of the hall 
3. The  players have to run to the Center of the hall to get the ball

-The class will split into 2 and number themselves. E.g. numbers 1-16 for both sides, if class is not in equal numbers, e.g. 1-15, 1-16.
The number that is called out (e.g. 1 and 15 or 1 and 1) will run forward and take the shuttlecock from the hula hoop.

The person with the shuttlecock will chased and the other person without the shuttlecock will be the chaser. 

If the person with the shuttlecock manages to run back to their spot with the shuttlecock, the team wins a point. If they are tagged by the person without the shuttlecock, the other team wins a point.

It builds anticipation between all members of both teams as they do not know who will be next to help them score a point.

It has a element of mystery and build up anticipation.

We will have 1 hula hoop and 1 shuttlecock in the middle of both teams. Both teams will be in a line facing each other. This can be held in any big open spaces like sports hall, amphitheatre or even the AVA.

We will give a explaination and demonstrate using the first few people in the line. There will be activities such as river crossing , throwing bean bag into the target , running and retriving of items from one area to another and more short simple games . 
It will be fun as it gives the new sec 1s a chance to bond and communicate with one another.
It is better as it helps them identify their strengths and weaknesses and help one another overcome those weaknesses through teamwork and placing trust on one another to get through the whole obstacle course . We would set up the games in the sports hall as there is more space to fill out the whole sports hall with obstacles and enough time to prepare the set up . we wont do it in the hall as there is not enough time due having morning assembly in the hall .

Go through every station in summary yet clear and also show a quick example of what to do . Place at least one Councillor per station in case there are those who don't understand what to do .

2) Splat
This will give the sec 1s a chance to 
rember their classmates names . 
It is better as it makes them more eager to get to know each others name and helps recognises the classmates face easily .
We can do it in the hall as there is alot of space for different groups to spread out and play amongst themselves .
