         <description><![CDATA[<p>Dear Sir/Madam.</p><p>I writing to express my dissatisfaction with your hotel service. I went to Samarkand to participate in an international conference from April 15-18. </p><p>Despite having booked the hotel in advance, there was no space double bed room for me and my husband. Although I had the recording of my order, your manager said that there was a problem with the online booking system. And we had to stay in single rooms. Moreover, there were so many problems with the bathroom. </p><p>Firstly, water is leaking from the tap. Secondly, the toilet did not flush. The worst thing was poor wi=fi connection. I talked to the hotel manager again, but he did not help.</p><p>I want you to compensate our money and make your hotel facilities more convenient. </p><p>Yours sincerely,</p><p> Munirabonu Rakhmonova.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Dear Sir or Madam,</p><p><br></p><p>I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel.</p><p><br></p><p>I stayed at the Sunrise Grand Hotel from 5 July to 8 July 2025. Unfortunately, several problems arose during my visit.</p><p>Firstly, the room I received was not properly cleaned and had a strong unpleasant smell. Secondly, the air conditioner was not working, and despite several complaints, it was neither repaired nor replaced.</p><p>Thirdly, the breakfast service was poorly maintained, and food often ran out early with no alternatives offered.</p><p>There was no apology at any point, and I feel strongly that the quality of service was far below what I expected from a hotel of your standard.</p><p>I would like a partial refund for the inconvenience I experienced. I also suggest that your management review the cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure better service for future guests.</p><p>I look forward to receiving your response and a suitable resolution to this matter.</p><p>Yours faithfully,</p><p>Xilola Xoldorova</p>]]></description>

But after come and see the Dormitory I surprised that there’s no good environment as you advertised.          <description><![CDATA[<p>I'm writing to complain about the hotel services in our hotel Daniel Hill from 11 -15  May.</p><p>While checking in thetpy didn’t accept my international passport.  They wanted me to check in with my local passport.  </p><p>However,  the recipient maintained the rule of the hotel it was. I produced only my international passport.  He also rejected me. Your staff didn't want to solve my problem and never showed me any options. I  feel strongly  that it was poor organised. In addition,   there was no apology at any point.
