         <title>Slow internet</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As ST I've had the opportunity to work in T35 and T36. In both buildings internet is extremely slow but for some reason in T36 internet seems to be even slower. This affects procedures such as file sharing, browsing resources, retrieving files from clouds, etc. Needs to be fixed asap.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Downloading Apps on our laptops</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I understand the rationale behind controlling which apps are downloaded in every laptop (viruses, data storage, etc.) However, in my role sometimes I need Apps like Microsoft Encoder or the Microsoft Teams App itself directly on my desktop. <br>So my question is: Do we always have to go to the IT department to download an App or is there a faster away to acquire permission to download an app? (e.g. via Team Viewer, via email to IT HoD, etc)</div>]]></description>

Or can we include 1 member from IT in our T35 / T36 ESL Teachers Microsoft Teams channel? That way we can @mention the IT guy in a post directly without having Linh running to 2nd floor. This could definitely optimize time and cut the middle man in the problem </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If we are going to start using Microsoft Teams and other apps relevant to our work it might be a good idea to open access to wifi on our mobiles. Some of us have got multiple resources on our phones that could be easily shared using the mobile App of Microsoft Teams but it would take so long and all our personal data if we do this without accessing the school wifi. Is it possible to open it?</div>]]></description>

         <title>Projectors in classroom and Lan cables.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In classrooms 4A20 &amp; 4A26 the projectors do not work with my laptop. The students in the class informed me their teachers laptops have been working with the projectors perfectly. <br><br>The Lan cable in Classroom 4A33 has not worked all year long. Possible to fix this, asap?</div>]]></description>
